A bill for an act
relating to state government; providing for religious expression; proposing coding
for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 363A.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the Minnesota legislature or the governor shall
make no law or executive order respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the
free exercise thereof, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble.
