A bill for an act
 relating to education finance; appropriating money to a cooperative center to
provide staff development.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION; INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY COOPERATIVE.

Subdivision 1.

Department of Education.

The sums indicated in this section are
appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education in the fiscal years
designated.

Subd. 2.

Innovative Technology Cooperative.

For a grant to the Innovative
Technology Cooperative under Minnesota Statutes, section 123A.215, to provide
professional development related to technology:
