  1.2             relating to economic development; providing for a 
  1.3             grant to the city of Windom; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $500,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of trade and 
  1.7   economic development from the general fund for a grant to the 
  1.8   city of Windom to provide loans to assist an expanding 
  1.9   business.  This is a one-time appropriation and is not added to 
  1.10  the agency's base.
