  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FACILITY GRANT; BROOKLYN CENTER.] 
  1.7      (a) $150,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for a grant to independent school district No. 286, 
  1.10  Brooklyn Center, for replacement of two boilers and one chiller. 
  1.11     (b) This appropriation is available until June 30, 2001.
