relating to human services; appropriating money for food and nutrition assistance.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION FOR FOOD SHELF PROGRAMS.

$1,150,200 in the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, is appropriated from the general
fund to the commissioner of human services for food shelf programs under Minnesota
Statutes, section 256E.34. This appropriation is in addition to the base appropriation
for the 2010-2011 biennium and becomes part of the base appropriation for fiscal years
2012 and 2013.
