  1.3             School District No. 595, East Grand Forks, to exercise 
  1.4             remaining levy authority for disability access 
  1.5             projects. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [DISABLED ACCESS LEVY AUTHORITY; EAST GRAND 
  1.8   FORKS.] 
  1.9      Notwithstanding the time limits established in Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 123B.58, subdivision 3, Independent School 
  1.11  District No. 595, East Grand Forks, may levy its remaining 
  1.12  disabled access levy authority over five or fewer years. 
  1.13     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.14  following final enactment.
