BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Of the money available to Minnesota from the American Recovery and Reinvestment
Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, and allocated to the Department of Commerce for the
state energy program, $14,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of commerce to be
disbursed as a grant to the city of Cromwell for the purpose of purchasing and installing
an energy-efficient furnace for its community center and energy-efficient bulbs for its
street lighting.
