BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA POISON INFORMATION
CENTERS.

new text begin $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $1,400,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of health for regional poison information centers
according to Minnesota Statutes, section 145.93. This appropriation is added to the base.
