  1.2             relating to education; providing for a fund transfer 
  1.3             for independent school district No. 273, Edina. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; EDINA.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912 and 
  1.7   121.9121, on June 30, 1995, independent school district No. 273, 
  1.8   Edina, may permanently transfer up to $482,432 from the bus 
  1.9   purchase account to the undesignated fund balance account in its 
  1.10  transportation fund.  
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
