  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 469.049, 
  1.8   subdivision 1, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subdivision 1.  [SAINT PAUL, DULUTH; ESTABLISHMENT.] The 
  1.10  port authority of Saint Paul and the seaway port authority of 
  1.11  Duluth are established.  The seaway port authority of Duluth may 
  1.12  also be known as the Duluth seaway port authority.
