  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money to the 
  1.3             Minnesota historical society for a grant for the 
  1.4             restoration of the Historic Kee Theatre. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; KEE THEATRE RESTORATION.] 
  1.7      $50,000 for fiscal year 1996 and $50,000 for fiscal year 
  1.8   1997 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota 
  1.9   historical society to be expended as a grant for the restoration 
  1.10  of the Historic Kee Theatre in Kiester, Minnesota. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective July 1, 1995.
