  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             expansion of the Blufflands trail system. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.6      (a) $4,900,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources to develop the western 
  1.8   extension of the Root River state trail in the Blufflands trail 
  1.9   system.  The appropriation is available until expended. 
  1.10     (b) $211,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.11  commissioner of natural resources to construct a parking lot at 
  1.12  the Harmony trail head in the Blufflands trail system.  The 
  1.13  appropriation is available until expended.
