A bill for an act
 relating to employment; extending laws governing payroll card accounts;
amending Laws 2005, chapter 158, section 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2005, chapter 158, section 4, is amended to read:


Sec. 4. EFFECTIVE DATE; TERMINATION.

This act is effective the day following final enactment. The amendments made by
section 1, and sections 2 and 3 expire May 31, deleted text begin 2007deleted text end new text begin 2008new text end .
