  1.3             changes to the wastewater infrastructure funding 
  1.4             program effective for applications made after July 1, 
  1.5             2000. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.8      Laws 2000, chapter 492, article 1, section 60, is effective 
  1.9   for grants and loans for which application is made after July 1, 
  1.10  2000.
