 relating to education finance; allowing school
districts to levy for all-day kindergarten; proposing
coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 126C.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

district's average daily membership, times .558, times the
formula allowance to provide for all-day kindergarten programs.
