  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; providing for a grant to 
  1.3             independent school district No. 690, Warroad, to 
  1.4             operate the Angle Inlet school; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [COMMISSIONER OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND 
  1.8   LEARNING.] The sums indicated in this section are appropriated 
  1.9   from the general fund to the commissioner of children, families, 
  1.10  and learning for the fiscal years designated. 
  1.11     Subd. 2.  [ONE-ROOM SCHOOLHOUSE.] For a grant to 
  1.12  independent school district No. 690, Warroad, to operate the 
  1.13  Angle Inlet school: 
  1.14       $50,000     .....     2004
  1.15       $50,000     .....     2005
  1.16     The budget base for this item for fiscal year 2006 and each 
  1.17  year thereafter is $50,000.
