A bill for an act
relating to education; authorizing a fund transfer for Independent School District
No. 181, Brainerd.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. FUND TRANSFER; BRAINERD SCHOOL DISTRICT.
Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 123B.80, Independent
School District No. 181, Brainerd, on June 30, 2007, may permanently transfer up to
$750,000 from its reserved for capital operating account to its undesignated general fund
balance.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective the day following final enactment.
