BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROJECT PRIORITY RULES.

new text begin In the next revision to Minnesota Rules, chapter 7077, under the authority granted in
Minnesota Statutes, section 116.182, the Pollution Control Agency shall amend the rules
on wastewater treatment projects on the project priority list to provide additional priority
to projects proposing the reuse of treated wastewater.
