  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to education; providing for independent 
  1.3             school district No. 486, Swanville, to transfer funds 
  1.4             from its bus purchase account to its general fund. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; SWANVILLE.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 121.912, or any 
  1.8   other law to the contrary, on June 30, 1995, independent school 
  1.9   district No. 486, Swanville, may permanently transfer up to 
  1.10  $100,000 from the bus purchase account to its general fund 
  1.11  without making a levy reduction.
