  1.2             relating to education finance; authorizing a fund 
  1.3             transfer for independent school district No. 628, 
  1.4             Plummer. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; PLUMMER.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 
  1.8   123B.80, on June 30, 2003, independent school district No. 628, 
  1.9   Plummer, may permanently transfer up to $85,000 from its 
  1.10  reemployment account in its general fund to its operating 
  1.11  capital account in its general fund. 
  1.12     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.13  following final enactment.
