  1.3             state correctional facilities, county jails, 
  1.4             workhouses, and workfarms from access to Internet and 
  1.5             computer on-line services; proposing coding for new 
  1.6             law in Minnesota Statutes, chapters 234; and 641. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [243.556] [INTERNET AND ON-LINE SERVICES.] 
  1.9      No adult inmate in a state correctional facility may use or 
  1.10  have access to any computer Internet service or on-line computer 
  1.11  service. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [641.175] [INTERNET AND ON-LINE SERVICES.] 
  1.13     No adult inmate in a county jail, workhouse, or workfarm 
  1.14  may use or have access to any computer Internet service or 
  1.15  on-line computer service.
