A bill for an act
relating to higher education; appropriating money to
the Higher Education Services Office for the
service-learning program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $230,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the
fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2007, to the Higher Education
Services Office for service-learning grants. Each $1 of state
grants awarded under this appropriation must be matched by $2 of
nonstate funds.
