BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The sums shown in the columns marked "Appropriations" are appropriated to the agencies
and for the purposes specified in section 2. The appropriations are from the trunk highway
fund, or another named fund, and are available for the fiscal years indicated for each purpose.
Unless specified otherwise, the amounts shown in the column marked "2023" under
"Appropriations by Fund" show the base within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.11, subdivision 3, by fund. The figures "2022" and "2023" used in this act mean that
the appropriations listed under them are available for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022,
or June 30, 2023, respectively.
