  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 
  1.7   624, WHITE BEAR LAKE.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 123B.79, 
  1.9   123B.80, and 475.61, subdivision 4, on June 30, 1999, 
  1.10  independent school district No. 624, White Bear Lake, may 
  1.11  permanently transfer up to $650,000 from its debt redemption 
  1.12  fund to its general fund without making a levy reduction. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
