  1.1             CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT ON S.F. NO. 1154 
  1.2                          A bill for an act 
  1.3             relating to the metropolitan radio board; extending 
  1.4             the expiration date for the board to 2005; amending 
  1.5             Laws 1995, chapter 195, article 1, section 18, as 
  1.6             amended.

  1.14     We, the undersigned conferees for S.F. No. 1154, report 
  1.15  that we have agreed upon the items in dispute and recommend as 
  1.16  follows: 
  1.17     
  1.18     That the Senate concur in the House amendment and that S.F. 
  1.19  No. 1154 be further amended as follows: 
  1.20     Page 1, line 14, of the House amendment, delete "2003" and 
  1.21  insert "2004" in both places 
  1.22     Delete the title and insert: 
  1.23                         "A bill for an act 
  1.24            relating to the metropolitan radio board; extending 
  1.25            the expiration date for the board; providing for the 
  1.26            transfer of its duties and responsibilities; requiring 
  1.27            the submission to the legislature of a report and plan 
  1.28            on the board's transition; amending Laws 1995, chapter 
  1.29            195, article 1, section 18, as amended." 
  2.1      We request adoption of this report and repassage of the 
  2.2   bill.
