  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [BRUCE VENTO REGIONAL TRAIL.] 
  1.6      $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.7   biennium ending June 30, 2003, to the commissioner of natural 
  1.8   resources for a grant to Ramsey county to acquire easements and 
  1.9   leases necessary to construct the Bruce Vento Regional Trail 
  1.10  segment in Ramsey county between Beam Avenue and county highway 
  1.11  No. 96.
