A bill for an act
relating to public safety; allowing installation of
vehicle-monitoring device in authorized emergency
vehicle; making clarifying changes; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2004, section 169.71, subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 169.71,
subdivision 1, is amended to read:
