  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; allowing a licensing 
  1.3             change in Goodhue county to an existing ICF/MR. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [LICENSING CHANGE.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, chapter 245B or 246B, 
  1.7   the commissioner of human services shall allow an existing 
  1.8   intermediate care facility for persons with mental retardation 
  1.9   or related conditions located in Goodhue county serving 39 
  1.10  children to be converted to four separately licensed or 
  1.11  certified cottages serving up to six children each.
