relating to housing; appropriating money for manufactured home park infrastructure
grants.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$3,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for
manufactured home park infrastructure grants. The base shall be $3,000,000 each fiscal
year starting in fiscal year 2024.
