  1.6   Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION REDUCTIONS; SUMMARY.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [SUMMARY.] The amounts set forth in 
  1.8   parentheses in the column headed "APPROPRIATION REDUCTIONS" are 
  1.9   reductions from appropriations for the fiscal year ending June

  4.7      Sec. 2.  [AGENCY DUTIES TO UNALLOT.] 
  4.8      Agencies shall unallot as necessary to accomplish these 
  4.9   reductions.  Each agency shall provide a listing to the 
  4.10  commissioner of finance by June 1, 1995, of the appropriation 
  4.11  accounts to be reduced.  Agencies shall not reduce 
  4.12  appropriations for grants or other transfer payments to school 
  4.13  districts, other local units of government, or other entities 
  4.14  unless approved by the commissioner of finance.  The 
  4.15  commissioner of finance shall effect these reductions by June 
  4.16  15, 1995.  
  4.17  Sec. 3.  [APPROPRIATIONS SUMMARY.] 
  4.18     The sums set forth in columns designated "APPROPRIATIONS" 
  4.19  are appropriated from the general fund, or any other named fund, 
  4.20  to the agencies and for the purposes specified in the following 
  4.21  subdivisions of this section to be available for the fiscal year 
  4.22  ending June 30, 1995, unless otherwise indicated.

  5.5   and is available until June 30, 1997.

  5.7      This act is effective the day following final enactment.
