A bill for an act
relating to metropolitan governance; metropolitan significance rules; modifying
the time period for review and assessment; eliminating a legislative report;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 473.173, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 473.173, subdivision 6, is amended to read:

The council and the advisory
metropolitan land use committee shall review and assess the rules deleted text begin following their effective
