  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of children, families, and learning for the fiscal 
  1.8   biennium ending June 30, 2003, for purposes of child care 
  1.9   resource and referral programs under Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.10  119B.19.
