  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [325F.815] [PAINT BALL GUNS.] 
  1.7      No person may sell, rent, lend, or give a paint ball gun to 
  1.8   a person under the age of 18 without the written consent of the 
  1.9   parent or legal guardian.
