  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to health; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             comprehensive advanced life support educational 
  1.4             program. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $1,392,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $1,192,000 in fiscal 
  1.8   year 2003 is appropriated from the general fund to the emergency 
  1.9   medical services regulatory board to increase funding for the 
  1.10  comprehensive advanced life support educational program under 
  1.11  Minnesota Statutes, section 144E.37.  These appropriations shall 
  1.12  be added to the base funding for this program for the 2002-2003 
  1.13  biennium.  For the 2004-2005 biennium, $1,192,000 each year 
  1.14  shall be added to the base funding for this program.
