relating to commerce; appropriating money for loan resolution and financial stability
programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin EXODUS LENDING; APPROPRIATION.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of commerce for a grant to Exodus Lending to assist individuals in reaching financial stability
and resolving payday loans. This is a onetime appropriation and funds are available until
June 30, 2022.
