  1.2             relating to state government finance; appropriating 
  1.3             money for a women in military service memorial. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $15,100 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.7   year 1996 to the commissioner of veterans affairs, to be used to 
  1.8   make a contribution toward the women in military service 
  1.9   memorial at the entrance to Arlington National Cemetery.
