BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CENTRAL IRON RANGE SANITARY SEWER
DISTRICT.

$10,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the clean water fund to
the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the Central Iron
Range Sanitary Sewer District to protect, enhance, and restore water quality, to protect
groundwater from degradation, and to protect drinking water sources.
