relating to disaster relief; appropriating money for lake cleanup in LeSueur
County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TORNADO RELIEF.

new text begin $150,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of employment
and economic development for fiscal year 2007 for a grant to LeSueur County for the cost
of cleaning debris from lakes and LeSueur County caused by the August 24, 2006, tornado
in southern LeSueur County. This appropriation is available until June 30, 2008.
