  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to gambling; creating adolescent compulsive 
  1.3             gambling grant; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; ADOLESCENT COMPULSIVE GAMBLING 
  1.6   GRANT.] 
  1.7      $150,000 each year of the biennium shall be transferred by 
  1.8   the director of the lottery from the lottery prize fund created 
  1.9   under Minnesota Statutes, section 349A.10, subdivision 2, to the 
  1.10  general fund.  $150,000 each year of the biennium is 
  1.11  appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human 
  1.12  services for the purposes of a grant to a compulsive gambling 
  1.13  council located in St. Louis county for a statewide compulsive 
  1.14  gambling prevention and education project for adolescents.
