  1.2             relating to economic development; providing funding 
  1.3             for advantage Minnesota; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; ADVANTAGE MINNESOTA.] 
  1.6      $450,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of trade and 
  1.7   economic development from the general fund in each year of the 
  1.8   biennium for a grant to advantage Minnesota to support 
  1.9   activities authorized in Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.693.  
  1.10  The grant must be matched on a one-to-one basis by funds not 
  1.11  appropriated by this section.
