BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or
123B.80, on June 30, 2005, Independent School District No. 771,
Chokio-Alberta, may permanently transfer up to $150,000 from its
reserved operating capital account and up to $50,000 from its
reserved account for disabled accessibility to the undesignated
general fund balance.
