degradation; appropriating money from clean water fund.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; INFLOW AND INFILTRATION REDUCTION
PROGRAMS.

new text begin $3,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 to the Metropolitan Council to provide
grants or loans for local inflow and infiltration reduction programs in the metropolitan
area, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 473.121, subdivision 2, through the
Metropolitan Council. This appropriation is from the clean water fund pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, section 114D.50, and is available until expended.

new text begin Section 1 applies in the counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey,
Scott, and Washington.
