  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state lands; authorizing public sale of 
  1.3             certain tax-forfeited land that borders public water 
  1.4             in Aitkin county. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND; AITKIN COUNTY.] 
  1.7      (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 92.45 and 
  1.8   282.018, subdivision 1, Aitkin county may sell the tax-forfeited 
  1.9   land bordering public water that is described in paragraph (c), 
  1.10  under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 
  1.11  282. 
  1.12     (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the 
  1.13  attorney general. 
  1.14     (c) The land to be conveyed is located in Aitkin county and 
  1.15  is described as: 
  1.16     (1) Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Plat of Blackrock Woods, City of 
  1.17  Aitkin; and 
  1.18     (2) Undivided 1/35 interest in Lot 5, Plat of Bakke's 
  1.19  Woodland Beach, Township 44 North, Range 25 West, Section 29. 
  1.20     (d) The county has determined that the county's land 
  1.21  management interests would best be served if the lands were 
  1.22  returned to private ownership.
