A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; appropriating money for
the Minnesota Conservation Corps.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA CONSERVATION CORPS; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,750,000 in fiscal year 2006 and $1,750,000 in fiscal
year 2007 are appropriated to the Minnesota Conservation Corps
for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes, section 84.991. Of the
amount appropriated, $....... each year is from the general fund
and $....... each year is from the natural resources fund. This
appropriation is available until June 30, 2007.
