BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin By December 15, 2007, the department must report to the
education committees of the legislature on how the quantum
opportunities program bridges the achievement gap. The report
must include disaggregated data test scores, dropout rates,
graduation rates, and postsecondary enrollment rates.
