relating to transportation; appropriating money for
airport projects in Willmar and St. Cloud.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WILLMAR AIRPORT RUNWAY
EXTENSION.

new text begin $2,020,000 is appropriated from the state airports fund to
the commissioner of transportation for the nonfederal share of
the cost of extending a runway at the Willmar municipal
airport. This appropriation is available until spent.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION; ST. CLOUD REGIONAL AIRPORT.

new text begin $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state airports fund to
the commissioner of transportation for land acquisition for the
St. Cloud Regional Airport.
