  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [137.0235] [BOARD OF REGENTS; UNITED STATES 
  1.8   CITIZENS.] 
  1.9      A member of the board of regents of the University of 
  1.10  Minnesota shall be a citizen of the United States.
