A bill for an act
relating to energy; appropriating money to city of Kennedy for energy conversion
of former school building; promoting green economy.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $300,000 is appropriated from the money available to the Department of Commerce
under Minnesota Statutes, section 116C.779, for a grant to the city of Kennedy for the
energy conversion of a former school building to utilize geothermal, wind, and solar
energy and to house the Go Green Business Center.
