  1.2             relating to natural resources; renaming Scenic state 
  1.3             park; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 
  1.4             85.012, by adding a subdivision; repealing Minnesota 
  1.5             Statutes 1998, section 85.012, subdivision 52. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 85.012, is 
  1.8   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 30b.  Joe Alexander state park, Itasca county, which 
  1.10  is renamed from Scenic state park. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.12     Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 85.012, subdivision 52, is 
  1.13  repealed.
