  1.3             for cleanup of contaminated land. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of trade and economic development for a grant to 
  1.8   the city of Andover for cleanup of contaminated land, 
  1.9   notwithstanding the eligibility requirements in Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, sections 116J.554, subdivision 1a; 473.252; or 
  1.11  473.254.  The appropriation is available until expended.
